Robert Webb’s career in Information Technology has spanned 30+ years between the military, private, and public sectors. During his military service, he worked in Cyber Warfare Operations, specializing in network and media forensics, supporting both the US intelligence community and US Air Force Computer Emergency Response Team (AFCERT). This position focused primarily on working with detailed digital media forensics and traffic analysis. Additionally, he mastered TCP/IP Protocol Analysis, Performance Monitoring, and Performance Analysis and Optimization. Robert’s military experience coupled with his work in private and public sectors has promoted him to Subject Matter Expert status, regularly reviewing data, cases, and reports for other investigators.
Robert Huber is currently the Chief Security and Strategy Officer at Eastwind Networks. He has more than 20 years of information security experience across financial, defense, and critical infrastructure sectors. At Eastwind he focuses on implementing risk management policies to reduce risk to the organization and client as well as identifying business challenges and strategies to grow Eastwind’s global customer base. Previously, Robert was Vice President at cyber threat intelligence provider iSIGHT Partners. iSIGHT Partners acquired Critical Intelligence, the pioneering company Robert co-founded that provided industrial control systems cyber threat intelligence and consulting.
Prior to Critical Intelligence, Robert was a Sr. Cyber Intelligence Analyst for Lockheed Martin’s Security Intelligence Center defending against advanced adversaries. Robert gained his industrial control systems experience while working as a Sr. Cyber Security Researcher at Idaho National Laboratory (INL) where he was tasked with analyzing the security of industrial control systems and control system owners and operators. Robert joined INL from JP Morgan Chase where he was a Vice President and the Chief Security Architect. In addition to his civilian experience, he is a member of the Air National Guard serving in a network warfare squadron performing computer network defense, attack and exploitation.
